Emergency Flashlight

I am most pleased about finishing my project, at the beginning I thought it would be harder than I expected.I enjoyed designing the image for the cover. The most challenging part was soldering the resistors on. The most difficult thing was tinning everything    

This is the final outcome of my emergency flashlight that we created in technology. It has a switch on the back to turn it on and off.

Eat Healthy Food

Eat Healthy Food


Don't just go to the dairy and buy a bag of lollies. Buy a bag of apples, they provide vitamin C and go towards your 5 plus a day


first of all eating too much sugary food is a terrible thing, it rots your teeth and can make you obese.  Don't be a couch potato and eat lollies that is the wrong  thing to do, be healthy. Eat a wide variety of fruit, veggies and meat. Don't have sugar eat fruit, veggies, and meat.  If you eat healthy food you will get strong and you will have the energy to run a marathon.
This is the time to change your eating habits. BE HEALTHY! BE HEALTHY! BE HEALTHY! It's the good thing to do. If you are not healthy you could get diseases like diabetes. If you don't treat you body right it will be much harder to fight off colds.
Healthy food means good skin, strong teeth, and bones, shiny hair. Better immunity from colds and flu and quicker recovery if you do succumb. Have mostly fruit and veggies some of everything else except junk food cut back on junk food.




Secondly, there are so many better things to do than eating all day long. Everyone go out and do some exercise go swimming, hiking, running you can even do some sports. There are so many different ways you can go out and exercise. Get some friends or some family they can do it with you.
If you do lots of exercise your heart gets bigger same thing happens with lots of other internal organs.


Last but not least i am going to teach you how to have a healthy diet.
You may have a favorite food, but the best choice is to eat a variety. If you eat different foods, you're more likely to get the nutrients your body needs.
There are water vitamins and fat vitamins, the water vitamins are vitamins B and C, the fat vitamins are vitamins A, D, E and K. You need a spread of some of the vitamins every day.
You should have at least 3 square meals a day and maybe a piece of fruit in between.  Occasionally you can have something very sugary . But remember still have you 5 plus a day that is a very important thing.

In Conclusion, Eating healthy food is really important so don't eat sugary foods.
